Please read the following terms before proceeding with your online payment.

Online Fee Payment

  1. Payment Authorization

    By proceeding with the online payment, the student/parent/guardian confirms that the payment is being made towards the applicable college fees and authorizes the College to process the payment.

  2. Fee Amount

    The student/parent should verify the fee details and payable amount before making the payment. Once the payment is initiated, the transaction cannot be modified by the College.

  3. Payment Gateway / Convenience Charges

    Applicable payment gateway, convenience, service, or transaction charges, if any, may be payable by the student/parent in addition to the college fee.

  4. Payment Confirmation

    A payment will be considered successful only after confirmation is received from the payment gateway and the transaction is successfully recorded in the College's system.

  5. Failed / Pending Transactions

    If the amount is debited from the bank account but the payment status is shown as Failed, Pending, or Not Updated, the student should not make another payment immediately. The transaction status should first be verified with the College/Payment Gateway.

  6. Duplicate Payment

    If payment is made more than once for the same fee due to a technical or user error, the excess amount will be dealt with as per the College's refund/adjustment policy.

  7. Transaction Receipt

    Students should download/save the payment receipt or transaction reference number for future reference.

  8. Bank / Gateway Issues

    The College is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the student's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, internet service provider, payment gateway, or other third-party service providers.

  9. Security

    Students should not share their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password, or other confidential banking information with anyone. The College will never ask for such information.

  10. Acceptance

    By clicking "I Agree & Proceed to Payment", the student/parent confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
